Hello. For my VHS tape conversion project, I bought a combination VCR/DVD
Recorder; I can put the tape in one side and push the Dubbing button and the
video is copied to and digitalized for the DVD on the other side. Then I
can read the DVD into my hard drive and convert the .vob files to .wmv.
This works, but I must confess I would like something with fewer steps and
perhaps the PCI type capture card would be a better way.
