It's up today. From the site: "We apologize for being down for the
last few days folks, but it seems some rogue elves seized control of the
server company or so that's the story from them and they seem quite
adamant about it...Things are back up and running and anyone that has a
blank update bar can restart WinMX and that should restore things to
normal."
