DV-codec AVI uses 13.7 gigabytes per hour. If you're getting 30, you've got
something set incorrectly. If you're concerned with video quality and you
plan on editing, you don't want to capture to mpeg. Also, the standard for
video transfer of standard-definition video is 1394/Firewire, not USB.
