I have a 5M/512k cable connection.
As far as I know, nothing about my system has changed. I only use the
machine as a 24/7 Winmx connection.
For at least a month now my downloads have been slow. I have my
uploads capped at 50k and am usually sending at that speed.
My download speeds seem normal with a few connectons but slow with
most. I have even had people tell me that my speeds from them should
be higher.
Any reason this could happen?
BTW the connections seems fine anywhere else. I can download some
test drivers and stuff and my speeds with IE will be around 450 Kbs
