Dunno why you would even be responsible for S&H in EITHER
direction since you appear to be the victim of deliberate fraud
by the seller. Definitely report them to eBay.
They should not be allowed to get away with that kind of sleazy
trading. Can you at least tell us who the vendor is so that we
can avoid them? (And feel free to tell them that we are avoiding
them because of their dishonesty.)
