It blocks the sharing of executables, but people can find them if
they browse you. It's also slightly crippled in other ways,
unless I just haven't figured out how to use the bandwidth
allocation thing, but otherwise it works just like usual and you
don't have to bother with patches or host files.
Note that it only shares certain audio and video formats - in
order to share .flac or .vob, etc, you need to add them in the
shared file types settings.
