hi Mark and thanks for the input. this machine is a dual core processor 3.0
GHz with 1 Mb L2 cache 800 Front side bus, 2 Gb 4200 DDR2 533 Hz, 250 Gb
7.2K Sata with Windows XP Pro OS and Pinnacle LE 6 Software and Canopus
Edius Pro 3, and for storage a 300 Gb 7.2K Sata drive for data only. there
is nothing else on this computer and it's been tweaked to optimize
performance. this computer is for MEDIA only and nothing else.

i certainly agree with what your saying that it's dropping stuff during the
output AND canopus worked fine but LE is having a serious problem and with
all the effects we have and the multicam desire we want to use LE.
thoughts?
