That's like a few years ago,I bought a Pansat 2100A from Kusat in Montreal.
The receiver developed a sound problem -within the warranty period,so I
returned it for exchange.
I got back a receiver with the same problem!I queried them about it and told
them that I though they had sent me back the same receiver!
Of,course, they argued otherwise-even claiming they sent a "new" one in a
"new" box.
A while later,I got another receiver elsewhere and informed them that there
was no problem with my dish\lnbf and I that I was still convinced they had
sent me the same receiver and was told that it ok because it was a different
receiver -another of the same make, might do the same thing!
Needless to say,I told them I wasn't impressed with those kind of answers
and told them I wouldn't be back!
