Me too. But the R300 is the best printer I've ever had,
and like you, I don't want to risk screwing things up to
save a few pennies a print-out buying non-original ink.
Anyway, it's not like I'm using it to print out tax codes
or online novels -- just pictures, DVD labels & covers,
and for that purpose, the cost is very reasonable.
