I doubt WinMX would go for-profit because of RIAA threats. Grokster
got hit bad because they had a real profit motive, which translated
into encouraging the traffic of copywright files. WinMX, for its
flaws, seem immune because it doesn't really do anything besides
facilitating file transfer.
