Good point. It was posted by somebody other than db earlier this month. The range is
assigned to btnaccess.com, who provides IP network solutions to businesses worldwide.
Probably ok to block the entire range. Maybe some people would use WinMX at work but I
really think they shouldn't be using company resources for personal projects. If they're
using it as part of their business, such as NetSentry would, then they ought to be
blocked. :)
