That's because not everyone runs the necessary blocks. You running the DLL
just means they can't use you to spam their fakes (providing your blocklist
is accurate), but, they can still use anyone else who doesn't block, and you
get those results from them (and other side-effects).
It's just a step in the right direction to use it (it helps).
