Did you know Hammerer that you and speeder are posting from the same ISP?
The chances are you and he not being one and the same is pretty slim. If
you aren't he my apologies and yes he should be banned. If you are he then
yes you should be banned. Who exactly is going to be doing all this banning
is another question.
