I'm well aware what a broadcast flag is.
Your link confirms exactly what I've said all along- the broadcast flag can
only control digital devices receiving digital broadcasts directly like
TIVOs and DVRs. Like I said, the broadcast flag cannot disable devices
which are analogue at the point of signal input like DVD Recorders.
