Downloading per say is not illegal. What can make it illegal is exactly
what it is you are downloading. For example d/l a file I made is not
illegal although it may be dumb. D/l Walt Disney's Micky Mouse may be
because it may still be copyrighted and the distributor has not paid the
royalties on it nor have you.
