Nice article db. It seems there are pros and cons to this issue as anything
else. I can understand the arguments on both sides. Of course I do not
agree with the arguments presented for the sharing of INCOMPLETES and in
fact thought similarly to what Anthony has been espousing. But when I found
out that traders were not going to trade with me with partials in my shares
I quickly realized that reason was convincing enough.
