stopped PeerGuardian from automatically updating itself when the problems

have you downloaded the new peer guardian.
there appears to have been a take over attempt and the origional people
have moved to a new site and created a new version to redirect to the new
site for updates.

Tonight PeerGuardian appeared to update, then stopped blocking any IP
