At a guess port 'triggers' are not what you want, rather 'virtual server' or
'port forwarding' or whatever it might be called. Try
http://www.portforward.com/ for info. You need both TCP & UDP ports
forwarding if you're running a primary connection, or just TCP if running
secondary.
