I'm assuming you're looking to create CDDA discs with Nero.
I've written a utility called "M3Util" that does exactly this; you'll
need to google for it as I don't recall the exact URL for it, and I'm
too lazy to search for it right now.
Create your play list in WinAmp, use WinAmp's ability to randomize the
play list, then save the play list (in M3U format) somewhere. Fire up
M3Util, tell it your media is 72 or 80 minutes (depending on media
type) and that you want to split by size, then open the play list with
it. Tell it to "split lists," which will result in a number of M3U
files with the same file name as the original one you saved from
WinAmp, with a numeric postfix. Fire up Nero, insert a blank, tell
nero to create a new audio disc, drag the first M3U file into Nero,
and wait for the burn. Repeat until you've gone through all of the
split playlists.
