I'm not a computer genius by any means, but through a lot of trial and
error, persistence, and a little luck I figured out how to legally, and
easily convert protected (DRM) WMA'a into high quality MP3 and AAC (for
i-Pod use) music file formats. There is no loss of sound quality.
You need Windows Media Player v10 and i-Tunes v4.7, and two
additional, inexpensive, readily available, Windows based, software
programs that you can download or purchase via storefront.
I've done all the research and this is the easiest, most reliable, user
friendly conversion process out there.
I created this tutorial/manual because I downloaded a hundred songs
from musicnow.com and then learned the hard way that I could not play
these protected wma's on my $399.00 i-Pod. I also had several hundred
protected wma's in my music collection that I also could not import to
i-Tunes. I was pissed and decided to do something about it. Now it's
time for you to do something about it!
