so dex why is buying by mail order now against your principles, i have
bought by mail order thousands of times and on teh very few occasuions where
their have been problem i simply contact the directors personally of the
relvant companies at home and then lo and behold eveything is sorted out. So
why are you now against mail order as well as internet shopping.
