No, the previous poster is correct - duty is only payable on larger orders,
as if less than 7 (the sterling equivalent of 10euros) it is waived. At
3.5% for DVDs that makes the limit before duty is charged 200, as noted,
which means that on any normal DVD order duty will not be charged, only the
VAT and the carrier charge. I used to keep correcting this, but gave when
everybody kept ignoring me!
