Quick as possible, dvd soon owe me non refundable shop credit of 17.30CAD, i
go to my account and then chose 2 dvds i want, go to checkout the credit
does not appear in the total before i put my credit card details in which i
presume they are going to charge me as it does ask for my card details.
i emailed them and they said, goto shipping and on the last date there is a
gift certificate on that last date click on it and that will get you sorted,
guess what i click on the gift certificate and page error. I emailed them
again last Monday to try and sort it out and as yet no reply.
could some give me some help, what am i doing wrong or is it dvd soons fault
