My understanding of the situation, after reading the DVD Swap forum is that
a) you can only use 25% of your non refundable credit towards any new
DVD purchase you make
b) that now since DVDSoon don't charge your credit card until they are
shipping, they don't take your 25% of your non refundable credit until
that time. On the forum they said not to worry and that the 25% credit
would be used once they take payment off you.
c) I get the same error that you do when I click on my "gift
certificate" so that's an error on their end..
d) this is DVDSoon - don't expect an email off them anytime... soon ;-)
