I am sure there was a thread a few weeks back saying that Telewest were
going to upgrade all the speeds of broadband so that people who were
currently on 1mB would go to 2mB and people on 2mB/4mB would go to 10mB
Wasn't this supposed to happen in September?
Anyone know?
