I have the Harmony 665 which operates everything i have...and more! it has
controls for dvd, sky guide and colour buttons and its easy to use and setup
(web based). the newer model remotes are even better but a bit more pricey.
I picked mine up on e-bay for 45, depends on your definition of not too
expensive but i think its good value.
