No it's simply about perceived ROI, they may or may not release a title
depending on how well they think it will sell, and if they do release it
then it may just be a basic version because the ROI won't be high enough.
It's all just about business at the end of the day.

As for "demand" half a dozen on a newsgroup doesn't necessarily indicate a
mass demand for a title. Having said that we have a direct trading
relationship with many studies and many recommendations we have put forward
have been adopted (wheteher this is down to just us or down to several
people requesting is another point), a good example was "Life And Loves Of A
She Devil". We live in hope for Mysterious Cities Of Gold which has been
suggested to a number of labels, and the Legend Of Zelda cartoons, but who
knows how many people really want these ?? :)
