That's been pretty much my experience with them too. With single disks,
I usually get a despatch email on a Friday/Saturday and the DVD is
usually with me by the following Friday. Anything that has to go through
Customs takes at least an extra week or two, longer these days, but I
put that down to Christmas. So I think the delay is our side of the pond
rather than theirs.
