I must say, it's a bit silly to chose dvdsoon. They're gone bust!
Even if I did prefer them a year or two ago, their business model was
clearly non-sustainable. I'd prefer a company that gave me free legal dvds
to one that charged me tuppence, but it still wouldn't make them the better
company... Even *if* they ever got around to answering a query within a
month.
On the other hand, dvdpacific's customer service is top-notch. They're
always quick to reply and very helpful. That alone is worth the extra
$0.50 - $2.0 in my view.
I'm not crazy for the dvdpacific website to be honest. It's generally hard
to find something if you don't know exactly what you're searching for. If
they improved that browsing experience I reckon they'd easily increase
sales.
Dvdpacific are about the best option out there for Region1 titles for now...
along with some amazon market sellers and cdwow.
