Before i start, and to save you having to type it, it's for my father, and
he doesn't want to change to firefox...But thank you for suggesting it..
His history, temp internet files, autocomplete items, and even the drop-down
address bar keep wiping....
Everytime he shuts a browser window, whatever he had done in that window is
gone...No history of it, nothing...
I've checked all the obvious stuff, it's set to keep 10 days worth of
history, autocomplete is on, but i just don't know anything else it could
be...I'm worried it may be a virus or trojan, that's doing it, but what do i
know...
My first thought was that, as my brother-in-law uses the computer regularly,
has he set it up so that it won't keep a history...Not that i'm suggesting
he's up to anything....;-)
Can anyone suggest anything...
Help, much appreciated, cos he's starting to do my 'ead in....
