Glad yours arrived.
I had a hell of a panic with my faulty nintendo ds!!
Asked Play to replace it which they agreed to, after realising it wasn't
going to arrive for xmas I decided to get another and then ask for a refund,
as someone pointed out its not a great thing to do and I wasn't too thrilled
about doing it myself but it was that or disappoint a family member on xmas
day which I wasn't really prepared to do.
However, this morning I was still waiting for the replacement nintendo to
arrive from play.com so on a hunch I decided to check my bank account and lo
and behold instead of sending me a replacement they just refunded me despite
me specifically asking for another console..... and I finally got an email
confirming this a full 5 days after the refund took place!!! I know its xmas
but I still ordered over this period in the play.com sale and they took
those orders quick enough.
Still, this is the only complaint I can have with play after buying from
them for the last 4 years.
