If you want to copy DVDs you could use DVD shrink. This will do everything
for you include making the copy region free. However windows, DVD player
software and DVD drive will only allow you to switch regions 5 times, this is
where the program like DVD Idle comes into play.
For playing discs on the PC, any DVD player will be fine, such as Nero
Showtime, InterVideo WinDVD, PowerDVD.
