To be fair they have up to 30 days to refund. Ive had a refund go through
from other retailers on the 30th day.
I don't think ED are being particularly bad here, theyve collected the
package and have agreed the refund.
At the end of the day they will be the ones out of pocket as they have to
cover all the postage.
