They're having a laugh. Don't accept such shoddy machinery or such a shoddy
excuse. Dual layer discs are exactly that... 2 layers. Thus there is one
pause as the laser goes from one layer to the next.
This pause shouldn't last longer than 1 second. Even that is quite long
though.
Get your money back and don't take no. And do it sooner rather than
later -it'll be harder the longer you wait.
