Seems like the CD-R then CD-RW then DVD-R and DVD+R experience all over
again. Whenever I "early adopt" a technoligy I usually live to regret it.
I was late on the DVD-R bandwagon and it paid off in spades - all of my
players were compatible by that stage and burn rates were a massive 4X!
I'll wait until DL stand alone DVD recorders are common place and the discs
are cheaper I reckon.
