In the sense of your question, No.

No.

No. The ones and zeroes on the tape were put there by your
Panny DVX100A. Playing them back and transfering the DV
bitstream to a computer will be exactly the same regardless
of what machine you play it on.
There are no camcorders (even analog) where the quality of
the camera part plays any part in the quality of tape playback.
