The "Motion" function allows you to change the parameters (zoom,
horizontal and vertical position, rotation, etc.) throughout the duration
of the clip. Simply set the "time slider" to the beginning, set up your
parameters as you like them, and write them down. Then set the
"time slider" to the END of the clip and enter THE SAME VALUES.
Your zoom should be rock-steady throughout the entire clip.
Zoomin in on certain politicians could be scary, and trying to use a
steady framing may be possible only when they are sober. :-)
