The amount that the cards can hold depends on the
resolution you choose to use. At the prices of the
P2 cards you might not want to buy more than a couple.
The data can be uploaded to a laptop (with external drive)
on the location. Then you take your hard drive directly to
the computer. If you don't trust a hard drive, then get 2
and use one as a backup of the other.
I saw it at a show, and the pictures were pretty.
