Thank you. That is just the kind of information I was looking for.
Do you know it will do an insert edit from an NLE?
With Betacam, I can go back and replace sections
of a video without having to rerecord the whole thing
(this is a real pain on a 1 hour show). The pieces to
be changed usually have black at both ends (spots,
bumpers, stories, etc.), so I could live with less than
frame accurate, but being off by more than a few
frames would be a problem.
