Do you mean beyond the obvious?...
a) Image size same as video frame
(NTSC = 720 x 480; PAL = 720 x 576)
2) Legal colors for NTSC or PAL
Are they going to "author" the DVD and create the menus, etc?
If so, they need to know which button does what, etc.
