The drivers are downloadable. You can get the OS disk at purchase
or by mail afterwards. You have to call customer service to get the
OS disk mailed. This has been reported by multiple people in the
dell newsgroup. I do believe you have to call shortly after you
get the system. Easier to just order the disk with the system.
