Gary,
Ulead does promote their smart rendering approach, but others like Vegas and
Power Director make the same claims yet take considerably longer to render.
I will be exploring Media Studio Pro to see how well it performs. It may
also be that Ulead has a better algorithm, tighter and faster code, a
compromised rendering quality, or some combination of these 3. The bottom
line seems to be an extremely fast but very acceptable result.
