Well it looks like it works now. I think it the past we set the input
AND the output to 640 x 480 and were really upset when it didn't work.
But with the input left at 720x480 and the output set to 640x480, the
problem goes away. This is one of those duh, I cant believe we didn't
try that before moments. Thank you so much for all you help!
