Yeah, I am in the same situation now, never haven been careful with my
address. I have a filter on the message body, one simple rule, which
catches about 95% of the spam (as spammers have one silly habit). The other
5% are from people who do not use this rule, or from legitimate e-mails,
but sent via free providers like Yahoo or Hotmail. But I created a rule
which I post back via a bounce-message, which explains them the backdoor.

A good choice as well. They expire again after usually 30 days of
inactivity.
