Captionkit is a web browser based captioning tool. Definitely you
never tried it in your NLE because there's no possible way to run it
outside the browser container, it's written for people without the
capacity or need for professional captioning tools !

There is no "sales department" for captionkit or - if there is, it's
me alone, and definitely nobodys contacted me about the site or I'd
know about it !

I can't speak for CCMaker but I can only assume you're referring in
your comments solely to that product. I wouldn't know about them.
