You could use Avid Xpress Pro. This one has a colour-correction method in
which you can analyse one camera's picture, and use this as a reference,
and match your other camera's picture to that reference.
There is more software which can do that, like Discreet Combustion, but
that is not an editing-program.
It will be a b*tch anyway, as the picture of an XL1 is slightly softer and
a bit more reddish, when compared to the Sony (likes to look a bit blue).
