If your NLE has a "set white" function in it's color corrector, (see the
manual, it's often an "eyedropper" style tool) I've had good initial
results post matching cameras by finding the same white t-shirt (or
similar object) in shots from each camera and letting the color
corrector auto match the shots.

This will often give you a starting point for further manual tweeks.
