Basically you need to do a vertical resize by 33% This will crop the top
and or bottom depending how you do it.
You should end up with long thin people when viewed in a 4:3 viewer (just as
16:9 should look when viewed at 4:3)
I presume with Premiere (I'm fortunate not to have to use it) the vertical
resize will not be realtime so will need rendering.
