You might download "GSpot", a little free utility that will
provide you with important information about the media
files that you will run into. There should be tutorials at the
Premiere web site, that will walk you through the process
of making a DVD. If not there try www.videohelp.com
and www.doom9.org as well as www.afterdawn.com
and www.digitalfaq.com
Some of us believe that the best approach is to use
separate specialized tools for each step, for us a good
Encoder; CCE or TMPGEnc or perhaps ProCoder or
a recent Ligos Encoder would come to mind. You can
find these with Google.
If you are only putting 90min on a DVD I would be
looking a encoding to MPEG 2 at 720x480 (NTSC)
and using AC-3 or MPEG 1 Layer2 audio. Find a
good bit rate calculator at www.videohelp.com and
see what bit rate you will need, to make 90min of video
with the above parameters, fit in 4300MB.
Luck;
Ken
