Use Encore for the transcoding. Create your base menu. Bring your videos in
as Assets, create a Timeline for each one. Pick a button you like, or make
one in photoshop. Link each button to Chapter 1 of the video they go with.
Set all you End Actions to go back to the menu, or to the next video until
the end where you will have to either let it stop or go back to the menu.

Right click on each video and choose a transcode setting. The 4mb 2-pass
works very well and the video looks fine. The next best one is the 7mb
2-pass, but if you videos are long it may reject it with a message telling
you the video is too large to fit the disc. But, if your individual videos
are not long then use the 8mb single pass.
